In Our College, Bharat Ratna Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam birth anniversary celebrated as Youth Awakening Day on 15 October 2015.In this function ,Our College students created awareness about social awareness, village development ,save water, evergreen environment to the village peoples. Various Departments of our College conducted several speech competitions and essay writing competitions .
Our honorable Chairman Thiru. P. Jayaraj ,B.A.,and Mrs.Vanmathi Jayaraj, Trustee Cum Secretary , Inaugurate the function.Our honorable Managing Director Er.J.R.Madhan B.Tech.,MBA., gave prizes to the winning students.
Our Principal Dr.M.Murugesan preside the function.Our Administrative officer Mr.T.Babu SenthilKumar ,all HOD and staff members are also contributed in this function.
According to Bharat Ratna Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam quotes that "A developed India by 2020, or even earlier, is not a dream. It need not be a mere vision in the minds of many Indians. It is a mission we can all take up - and succeed.Our College NSS students organized human chain to honour our Former president. Our College NSS Coordinator Mr.R.Kanagaraj to organize this function.
